CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to Build Procedures (the "Service"), operated by C Dunn Consulting (UEN: 53498044M), Singapore.
SUBSCRIPTION PLANS AND PRICING
Build Procedures offers the following subscription plans:
All prices are in United States Dollars (USD).
Taxes
Prices do not include applicable taxes. Depending on your location, you may be charged:
- Value Added Tax (VAT) if you are located in the European Union
- Goods and Services Tax (GST) if you are located in Australia, New Zealand, or other applicable jurisdictions
- Sales tax if required by your local jurisdiction
Tax amounts, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We use Stripe Tax to automatically calculate and collect applicable taxes based on your location.
What's Included
Your subscription fee includes:
- Full access to all platform features
- Unlimited standard operating procedure creation
- Template library access
- Export capabilities
- Customer support
- Regular platform updates and improvements
There are no setup fees, usage limits, or overage charges.
HOW TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
You may cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Logging into your account and navigating to Account Settings > Billing
- Contacting our support team at support@buildprocedures.com
Your cancellation request will be processed within 1-2 business days.
BILLING CYCLE
When You're Charged
- Initial charge: Immediately upon subscription
- Recurring charges: Monthly on the same day of the month as your initial subscription date
- Example: If you subscribe on January 15th, you'll be charged on the 15th of each subsequent month
Next Billing Date
You can view your next billing date at any time in your Account Settings under Billing.
WHEN CANCELLATION TAKES EFFECT
- Cancellation timing: Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- Access during notice period: You will retain full access to the Service until the end of your paid period
- Final billing: You will not be charged after your current billing period ends
- No pro-rated refunds: We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused time
Example
If you subscribe on January 15th and cancel on February 10th:
- You'll have access until March 15th (end of current billing period)
- You won't be charged on March 15th
- No refund for the period between February 10th and March 15th
REFUND POLICY
No Refunds for Standard Cancellations
Due to the nature of our Service and your immediate access to:
- Proprietary templates and content
- Document creation and editing tools
- Export capabilities
- Platform features and functionality
All subscription fees are non-refundable once charged. This includes:
- Monthly subscription fees
- Annual subscription fees (if applicable)
- Partial billing periods
- Unused portions of your subscription
Exceptions Required by Law
Refunds will be provided where required by applicable consumer protection laws, including but not limited to:
- Singapore Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act
- Australian Consumer Law
- European Union consumer protection regulations
- Other applicable local laws
If you believe you are entitled to a refund under applicable law, please contact us at support@buildprocedures.com with details of your location and the legal basis for your request.
Service Failure Refunds
We may, at our sole discretion, provide refunds or account credits in cases of:
- Extended service outages (more than 48 consecutive hours)
- Technical failures that prevent you from accessing core functionality
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
To request a service failure refund, contact support@buildprocedures.com with details of the issue.
YOUR CONTENT AND DATA AFTER CANCELLATION
Upon cancellation:
- Ownership: You retain ownership of all content you created through the Service
- Export rights: You may continue using previously exported content according to our Terms of Service
- Data retention: We may retain your account data according to our data retention policies and applicable law
- Data deletion: We are not obligated to delete your data except where we choose to do so or are required by law
- Export window: We recommend exporting all your content before your subscription ends
Important: After your subscription ends, you will no longer have access to:
- Your account and content stored within the platform
- The ability to create new content or export existing content
- Customer support for your account
We strongly recommend exporting all important content before cancellation.
FAILED PAYMENTS AND INVOLUNTARY CANCELLATION
Payment Retry Process
If your payment method fails:
- We will attempt to charge your payment method up to 3 times over 10 days
- You will receive email notifications about each failed attempt
- Your account will remain active during the retry period
Grace Period
You will have a 7-day grace period after the final failed payment attempt to update your payment information before your account is suspended.
Account Suspension
If payment cannot be processed after the grace period:
- Your account will be suspended
- You will lose access to the Service
- Your data will be retained for 30 days
- Your subscription will be cancelled
Reactivation
To reactivate a suspended account:
- Update your payment method within 30 days of suspension
- Pay any outstanding fees
- Contact support@buildprocedures.com to restore access
After 30 days, we may permanently delete your account and all associated data.
CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTED CHARGES
Chargeback Policy
If you dispute a charge with your bank or payment provider (a "chargeback"):
- Your account will be immediately suspended
- We will provide transaction records to your payment provider
- If the chargeback is found in your favor, we will process a refund
- If the chargeback is found in our favor, you may be liable for chargeback fees
Resolving Billing Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback, please contact us at support@buildprocedures.com. We are committed to resolving billing issues fairly and promptly.
Initiating a chargeback for valid charges may result in:
- Immediate account termination
- Permanent ban from the Service
- Loss of access to all content and data
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept payment via:
- Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Debit cards
- Other payment methods supported by Stripe
All payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. We do not store your complete payment card details on our servers.
