Why I built this

I lead teams at multiple organisations. And I kept hitting the same wall — everything important was locked in my head.

I needed a way to get processes out of my head and into a format anyone could follow. Not a 50-page manual nobody reads. Not another project management tool. Just simple, step-by-step guides.

So I built one.

Here is what I believe: your team wants to do great work. They do not need more supervision — they need clear systems. They need guides they can follow at 11pm when you are asleep, not another meeting to ask how to do something again.

The best business book I ever read was Back of the Napkin by Dan Roam. His framework taught me that "how" is always a step-by-step process. That is what Build Procedures does — it turns the expertise in your head into guides your team can actually follow.

What I built

Build Procedures lets you record how your business works — with video, voice or photos — and share it with your team as step-by-step guides they can follow without asking twice. Your team gets a link, reads the guide, taps "I got this", and you see it confirmed on your dashboard.

No app needed for your team. No complicated setup. Just your knowledge, written down.

Who it is for

Small business owners with under 30 staff who are tired of being the only one who knows how things are done — and who want to build toward a second location without everything depending on them being there.
